The prints we rent and sell are not meant to replace your original artwork, rather they’re a way for customers, who may not be ready to buy an original, to own and experience a version of your work.

The prints we send out to our customers are printed on a high quality durable material that produces a high-quality image and holds up to the wear-and-tear of repeated in-home trials. We’ve opted against using an offset print technology, as we’ve found that the prints that come from offset printers are much more fragile. The machine used to create the TurningArt print of your work doesn’t have an exportable color profile, so we can’t color match work by individual artists, however we find that the most accurate color matching comes from images with an RGB color profile and recommend submitting those when possible.

When you place custom orders, these usually take a while. You are put on a list with other people who have commissioned art as well. I don’t like to rush my art so I take my time with ALL customs to insure the best results. Unless you give me a specific date/deadline for when you need your painting done, then customs can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to get done. You will always receive updates via email so check those. After the painting is complete, I ship them immediately and it will arrive in 3-5 days. I respect all deadlines, if you need your painting done by a certain date please let me know.

After your order is placed, depending on whether you purchased with your credit/debit card or Paypal plays a role in shipping time. If you pay via Paypal, your print order is placed with my print company immediately and is usually shipped 1-3 days later. Shipping then takes 3-5days to get to you. If you pay with your credit/debit card, the money has to complete processing then your order is placed with my print company and shipped 1-3 days later.  You will always be provided with tracking via email.

It all depends. If you want a simple portrait of a pet or a family portrait, it all depends on the complexity and the time it takes. Once again if you want colour or black and white the price varies. But rest assured you will receive a high quality work of art that I hope you will cherish for the years to come.

Please go to the form under “Contact Me” and fill out your request. Or you can email me at sandrasartwork@yahoo.ca. From Monday to Friday you can also contact me at 416-902-3217.
Either way I will get back to you to discuss your particular needs. Thanks.

Producing art is a labour of love. It takes time and patience. The patron provides high quality photographs of the subject that I can use to produce the art. As well, after having a discussion with you, I will get a better idea of the mood, expression, and feeling that you want captured in your original art piece. The more details you provide the better able I am to produce exactly what you want. This is called harmony.

It all depends. If you want a simple portrait of a pet, it could be a few days. If it is a multiple person portrait where I have to work from numerous photographs it will naturally be longer. But rest assured you will be pleased with the end result–a professionally done portrait.
